Who can register to vote
Anyone who is least 18 years old, though you can pre-register at 16
Any citizen of the United States. You can register right after you've become a citizen
You must live in Miami-Dade County to register to vote in Miami-Dade County. There is no length of time you must live in the county as long as you register at least 29 days before the election in which you wish to vote
The following people cannot register to vote:
Anyone who is not a U.S. citizen
Anyone who has been adjudicated mentally incapacitated with respect to voting, and has not had their right to vote restored
Anyone convicted of a felony who has not had their civil rights restored
